Kristy
Kristy (she/her) has been caring for animals as a zookeeper for 17 years and is now looking forward to supporting humans do the things that bring them joy and add value to their lives.
Kristy is a qualified yoga, movement, meditation, and breathing teacher and is passionate about the impact these practices can have on the human body and mind, and enjoys passing on the skills she’s learned to help support others.
Hobbies include: Hiking, being in nature, travelling, reading, music, looking after my physical and mental health (yoga, pilates, strength/gym, meditating, breath work, walking, cooking/nutrition), swimming in the ocean, animals, gardening and growing veggies, art, craft, learning and studying, spending time with my partner.
