Friends Who Care provides NDIS and disability support across Melbourne's eastern and south-eastern suburbs.
Based in Melbourne's Outer East, our support workers are located throughout the eastern and south-eastern suburbs, allowing us to support clients across a wide area while still providing the personal approach Friends Who Care is known for.
We provide a range of supports including social and community access, in-home support, personal care, meal preparation, shopping and appointments, disability and wheelchair transport, respite and assistance with everyday routines.
