I’ve always had a strong interest in gaming, music, sports, and cars—interests that often help me connect with people from different backgrounds and build genuine rapport.
Before entering the disability support sector, I spent years exploring roles across various industries. Although each experience taught me something valuable, I felt I was missing the sense of purpose and fulfilment I was truly looking for in my career. That realization led me to pursue support work, and it has been the most rewarding decision I’ve made.
Over the past year, I have developed practical skills, professional knowledge, and the confidence required to provide high-quality support to participants with diverse needs. My focus is always on promoting independence, ensuring safety, and creating a positive, respectful environment where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered.
I am committed to continuing my growth in this field and delivering compassionate, reliable, and person-centered care to every participant I work with.
